A young girl with blonde hair is painting on a canvas with pink paint, smiling. The canvas is on an easel, and there are paint palettes, jars of colored paints, and brushes on the table in front of her. Another canvas with blue and purple paint is visible on the left.

Something creative to look forward to these holidays.

Fun, hands-on art workshops for children who want to spend part of their school holidays creating, experimenting and making something of their own.

Each holiday brings new projects, materials and creative possibilities — with guidance and encouragement throughout.

School Holiday Workshops

A little more time to get creative

School holiday workshops give children the chance to spend longer exploring a creative project than they might during a regular weekly class.

Workshops may include drawing, painting, clay, sculpture, mixed media, building, crafting or something completely different.

Some workshops focus on creating a particular project, while others are designed around experimenting with a medium or theme.

Every workshop is different, but they're all about having fun and making something with your own hands.

What can they expect?

Every holidays can be a little different.

Past workshops and creative projects have included everything from painting and drawing to clay, miniature worlds, mixed media, sculpture and imaginative builds.

I love giving children the opportunity to try something they might not normally choose — while still leaving room for them to put their own personality into what they create.

New workshop ideas are developed throughout the year, so there's always something different to look forward to.

Workshops are designed for children within the advertised age range of each individual workshop.

Some workshops are suitable for beginners, while others may be designed around a particular skill or project.

No previous art experience is usually required unless specifically stated.
